This London Dry Gin style Gin only contains Mediterranean botanicals, macerated for several days in the best neutral grain alcohol, which are then hand distilled in small batches in a traditional copper alembic After this distillation, the product from the alembic is matured in stainless steel tanks until the day of its bottling, when it is mixed with the excellent filtered water of low mineralization from the Sierra Norte de Madrid to adjust its alcoholic degree and continue to round during months its flavors and aromas inside the bottle.
Like all the products we make, this gin has been made with 100 natural products and in an artisanal way, with great care and passion, which produces a fresh, round and complex gin
