A fine selection of Glera grapes from the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene, this Prosecco is vinified with 8 grams of sugar per liter, which classifies it as a "Brut" style Prosecco. Brut Prosecco typically has a drier taste profile, as the sugar content is relatively low. This results in a crisp and refreshing sparkling wine, perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif.
A careful selection of grapes from the magnificent hills of Valdobbiadene and a 40/50-day vinification using the Martinotti method gives rise to a fine and enveloping perlage that enhances the fruity notes of apple and pear.

Col dei Franchi was born from the love of two friends for wine and Italian style.
