Irpinia Campi Taurasini ‘‘core is a fine red wine DOP, of 2012 vintage, produced from grapes of Aglianico 100%. Core wine is characterized by intense ruby red color with purple hues, olfactory notes decidedly fruity (among which fruits such as blackberry, cherry and black cherry), and texture on the palate full-bodied, strong, destined to acquire even more with the structure spend some time. ‘core is a fresh and versatile wine, recommended for combination with goat cheese slightly seasoned dishes and rustic character.
