Acaibo 2015 - Acaibo is a masterful blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Merlo, sourced from Sonoma County's unique volcanic ash and clay soils. Our grapes are handpicked from our organic vineyard and aged for 16 months in premium Bordeaux-style French oak barrels, with 80% of the barrels being new, and sourced from the finest forests of central France.
