Latambarcem Brewers Pvt. Ltd. is a company which brews and manufactures highly quality beverages including international quality craft beer.  The long term goal of the company is to build an infrastructure around beer that’s different from what is there in the market today.  This includes, high quality beers that are parallel to those made in Europe, the United states and rest of the world. We create beers of that quality and then add our own touch off the tropics into those beers, so that the uniqueness of Indian flavors enhance the taste of our international beers.  We are launching will four styles of beer initially . We have selected these styles after a thorough understanding and study of beer consumption patterns and the current market.  One of our four beers, the Belgian Triple, has been curated in partnership with Lupulus Brasserie from Belgium. Lupulus Brasserie is one of the fastest growing and most innovative breweries in Belgium currently.  Additionally, as a company we plan to be highly focussed on research, development and innovation. We will be the first craft brewery in India to have our own pilot plant to facilitate research on unique ingredients for beer production.  Markets  We would be selling specially curated beer with tropical flavours true to this region of Goa. Branding and Marketing  We have appointed R.K. Swamy BBDO, an internationally acclaimed branding and creative agency to handle our branding, marketing and social media promotion. In addition, we have a highly trained professional sales, branding and communications team to ensure that the product is well publicised and visible across sales points and other consumer touch points, on-ground and digitally in every market where we are available. We plan to provide complete support to ensure appropriate brand visibility through on-ground activities including events, bar takeovers, etc. as well as provide branding material such as signages, posters, standees, and other merchandise materials.     Green Initiative We will work towards being a completely green company as follows:  Zero waste: In five years, we will be a completely green company based on the principle of renewability and zero waste which means no water waste or solid waste. Actually zero waste is achievable. Water will be treated in such a way that there are zero pollutants. We will have state of the art ETP facilities. No water will leave the premises that cannot be returned to the ground in a pure state.  Renewability: We hope to be off the power grid in five years’ time. We will plan to do this by tactfully investing in renewal solutions over the years including solar power and biogas solutions.
