Lefevre Cidre was created by two friends, Frenchman Eric Lefevre and Irishman Ger Callanan in 2014. We are an Irish company and all our production is done in France. Lefevre Cidre was launched on May 13th 2014 in Chez Max French restaurant - Dublin. In the North-West of France the fruit of the earth is not the grape.It is the apple. And since ancient times, artisans have pressed and fermented those apples and turned them into a drink– like no other. It is in this place where the Lefevre family has crafted cidre, in the artisan tradition, for over 200 hundred years. On their farmlands on the borders of Normandy and Picardy - the orchard of France.
