Fitzroy Spirits Spa was founded in 2018 at the foothills of the Andes mountains in Santiago, Chile. We produce premium spirits with local ingredients and water that we source from the Andes mountains. Our craft distillery currently produces two types of gin. Gin feroz is an aromatic and spicy gin, with orange, cardamom and clove notes. We use local botanicals like cedron, boldo and chilean camomille for a herbal finish. Gin feroz Silver medal NYWSComp 2019 and Bronze medal SFSComp 2020. Gin bestial is a citric gin. Made with lemon, celery and local Molle berries. It is a fresh, citric and herbal gin.
