Seven Hills Distillery is a small craft gin, vodka, and whisky distillery located in the Tokaj-Hegyalja region, where we produce our premium small-batch spirits in a stunning natural environment. Since our opening in 2020, our spirits have earned numerous international and domestic awards. Our first commercial product, Tokaj GIN, was launched in 2021 and won the title of World’s Best Contemporary Style Gin at the World Gin Awards. From the end of 2022, our award-winning vintage Furmint Vodka became available, and our first Single Malt Whisky will be released in early 2024 in a very limited quantity. Our journey to Hegyalja was primarily driven by our passion for whisky-making. In many ways, this region is the most suitable in Hungary for crafting premium spirits. We opened our distillery in the fall of 2020, where visitors can explore our technology and ingredients. Our still, purchased in the Netherlands, has been customized specifically for gin, vodka, and whisky production, using a single-run distillation method. Wherever possible, we source our ingredients and barrels from local farmers, ensuring that our spirits faithfully reflect the traditions of Hegyalja while pointing toward a brighter future—because this region is no longer just about wine! Driven by a healthy perfectionism, we never settle for anything less than excellence. We combine the traditions and unique microclimate of the Tokaj wine region with modern technology, creating spirits that are among the most highly acclaimed in the world.
