For centuries, people have been using oak barrels to mature wine, beer, distilled spirits, and now...cocktails. We believe aging spirit driven cocktails in oak barrels adds wonderful flavors, dimensions, and complexities that can only be achieved as a result of time in oak. We choose our barrels based on their previous contents, and aim to pair the flavors of the un-aged cocktails with those of the barrels. Our Single Barrel Cocktails are made by hand in very small batches, and bottled straight from the barrel.
