Founded on San Francisco Bay in 1927, the St. Francis Yacht Club is one of the most esteemed yacht clubs in the world. Platinum Clubs of the World named us the Number One Yacht Club in the United States in 2012, 2014 and 2016. Our 2,400 members represent some of the Bay Area’s most prominent citizens and greatest sailors, not to mention most active socialites. Between our three-restaurant clubhouse on the Bay and our 60-acre private island up the Sacramento Delta, our members enjoy a lot of wine. In an average year, we sell 400 cases (7 pallets) of house Cab, serve 110,000 F&B covers, and host over 300 events.
