Connolly’s Wine Merchants Ltd is a truly independent outfit, carefully selecting and shipping wines from all over the world to Birmingham. They have been family owned and run since 1976 and continue to provide a personal, flexible and comprehensive service to all our customers. In an age of global brands, call centers, and supermarket dominance, the emphasis at Connolly’s remains focused strongly on the individual. Their own independence provides us with flexibility – if they like a wine and it meets their criteria in terms of quality and value, they can buy it there and then. Wherever possible we deal directly with growers, most of whom we have come to know through personal visits to the vineyards. They also supply wholesale to restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and conference centers across Birmingham and The West Midlands.
