Arkansas Wine & Spirits Wholesale - Mr. Robby Vogel & Mr. Matthew Parrish. We have started a wine and spirits distribution company in Little Rock, Arkansas. My partner has had the Anheuser-Busch distributing company in Central and Southwest Arkansas for 20+ years. We are excited to expand our business into wine, and that is the reason for my e-mail. There has been recent legislation passed that will allow all wine to be sold in the grocery segment starting mid October. We saw this as a great opportunity!
