The company is a member of the Hong Kong Consulate Business Forum in South Africa. Its main business is the introduction of high-quality wines and other products produced in South Africa. With 2002 production as the standard, South African wines rank ninth in the world. Established in 1999, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Global Demei Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Waigao Free Trade Zone Shasino International Trading Co., Ltd. It is now the largest and most complete South African wine importer in Hong Kong. In addition to focusing on South African wines, the company also imports quality wines from France, Italy, Argentina, Australia, and Chile.

The company is a member of the Ministry of Commerce of the South African Consulate and is fully supported and assisted by the Consulate. It is the largest imported retailer of South African wines, Noble Health Tea and skin care products.
