In 2004, under the leadership of Sándor Zwack and Izabella Zwack, Unicum Next was developed as a drink for the new generation.

This is done in the same way as Unicum, but in a bitter taste, the bitterness is suppressed because the proportion of bitter plants is smaller, while the citrus flavors are the foreground, which makes it a fresh and light, easily consumable herbal liqueur.
