In 1973 Giovanni Boldrini founded Boldrini Import Export srl in Rome. One of the first products that Giovanni Boldrini imported into Italy in 1975 is Cava Castellblanch, and it is immediately a success.

Cava is a Spanish sparkling wine produced with the classic method just like champagne but with different grape varieties.

In 1980 the collaboration with the prestigious company Miguel Torres begins, which over the years has obtained very important international awards, and in 2014 it was voted as the most appreciated wine brand in the world.

Recently, the Estrella Galicia beer has been included in the product range, the official sponsor of the world motorcycle champion GP Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa and winner of numerous awards. In 2012 Estrella Galicia 1906 Reserva Especial obtained the Best Beer World.
