I offer you 2 ranges of products : - a classic one that includes my main production, the cuvée Tradition that is made with 100% Pinot Noir, perfect for aperitif or drinking during a meal. I also produce a delicious Rosé de Saignée that is more powerful. - The High Range is called Quintessence : I recommend you the Coeur de Noirs : this is a Blanc de Noirs made with selected grappes from an old vinyard. That makes it very unique.
