Domaine Saint Hilaire is an award winning vineyard in the countryside of the Languedoc, between Montpellier and Beziers. 38ha of vines are vinified according to Agriculture Raisonnée principles by the James family and Vincent Maurel, the chef de cave. We produce 11 wines under the IGP Pays d'Oc label, a mixture of single cepage whites, a rosé blend and some serious red combinations. We've won over 50 awards for our wines in the past ten years since we moved out to live the dream from London in the UK. These include: 3 stars and a coup de coeur in the Guide Hachette, the Grande Médaille d'Or at Bruxelles, and most recently the Gold medal in the IGP Ambassadeur's Collection for our oaked chardonnay, the Advocate Chardonnay.
