We only produce around 5000 bottles, depending on the harvest, from our one hectare of albariño, loureira and treixadura. It is a very personal project, carefully developed, with no aim to expand production, but always willing to achieve the best quality by improving our methods, seeking natural prevention and the least possible intervention.
