Beginning in 1987, we started importing just as alcohol taxes cheaper and consumption taxes were introduced. 
Since 1987, we have started to import alcohol products as the alcohol tax decreased.
 

It is commonplace now, it is important to buy directly from the producer, to provide high quality and reasonable price. 
It is normal today but we buy products directly from the producers at the beginning and show a reasonable price for money and there is no change since then.
